Rent a scooter and enjoy total freedom

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• A valid driver's license for the rented vehicle type.
• Prior driving experience, depending on the model.

The rental includes two helmets (if you have a passenger) and mandatory insurance. Additionally, the scooters come with a rear storage box for extra space and 24/7 roadside assistance.

The insurance covers mandatory and voluntary third-party liability, legal defense, travel assistance up to 50 km, and coverage for the authorized driver in case of death or disability (€6,000). However, it excludes damage to the scooter itself, transported items, and any situations resulting from negligence or non-compliance by the customer.

The rental period can be for days, weeks, or months, with a minimum of 1 day. The maximum duration depends on the agreement made with the customer.

It is not mandatory to book in advance, but it is recommended to ensure availability.

If a mechanical issue or incident occurs, the customer must immediately contact Vuelvoo Rent & Move. Additionally, the customer must follow these guidelines:

• Report any accident, theft, fire, or damage to Vuelvoo within 24 hours and notify the police if necessary.
• In case of an accident, provide details such as location, date, time, names and addresses of witnesses, and information about the other vehicle involved, including license plate number, insurance company, and policy number.
• Do not abandon the damaged vehicle without taking measures to protect and safeguard it.
• Do not carry out any repairs without prior authorization from Vuelvoo.
• Roadside assistance is included within a maximum radius of 50 km from Vuelvoo’s base. If the issue occurs beyond this limit, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs.

We do not have a cancellation policy.

If you return the vehicle outside of business hours, a delay of up to 30 minutes will not incur a penalty. However, if the delay exceeds this time, an extra charge equivalent to one full rental day at the standard rate will apply. If the delay exceeds 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit, and Vuelvoo Rent & Move may take legal and police action to recover the vehicle, in addition to continuing to charge the standard daily rate until it is returned.

Yes, as long as they are authorized in the rental contract and meet all the required conditions, such as the minimum age and a valid driver's license. It is important that all drivers are registered to ensure insurance coverage and avoid any issues.
